On the Run Fitness & Pilates provides training plans for amateur and experienced runners. With over 20 years of experience, our level 2 USA track and field coach and Lydiard-certified coach can help you train for anything from a 5K to a full marathon.
With On the Run Fitness & Pilates, you will have access to a race director for the Twilight 5K in May and the December Mount Dora Half Marathon. All of our running clients can get discounts on both races!

Students often enroll to get in shape, improve their run times, avoid injury, improve their form, and network with other runners. Training services are available to individuals, couples, and families. In order to enroll in our training program, students will need to be able to run two miles.
Training is most often goal-based, like for a particular race, so most running plans will be completed over six months. Our running services include heart rate training, daily contact with your coach, course maps, hill training, speed work, and run variations. Our courses are already mapped for the Mount Dora area.
