Our policies are in place to promote safety and comfort in the studio and to assist you in gaining a “healthy” return on your investment of time and money.
Clients must schedule and/or cancel their appointments via the MindBody Online Scheduler. You will find the Mindbody page link at the bottom of the page. We will not accept cancellations over the phone or by e-mail as we do not have a receptionist and do not answer the phone/e-mail during classes or private sessions.
24 hour notice of cancellation is required on line only. Without such notice the sessions / classes you reserved a spot in will be forfeited. Please do not put us in the position of deciding what is considered a valid reason for canceling. If there is only one participant in a semi-private or group session, the client will have the option to take a 30 minute private session for the price of their one class -OR- use 2 classes on their package for a full private session.
Payments with Visa or MasterCard are preferred via our website and it costs 10% less. If you prefer to pay at the studio in cash or by check, fees will be 10% higher. There are no refunds.
Single sessions expire in 30 days, 5 pack series in 60 days, and 10 pack series in 90 days. There are NO exceptions.
All clients new to On the Run are required to complete at least two private evaluation sessions before signing up for Equipment classes. This is to ensure the safety of the client as well as to maintain the flow of the class.
Disinfectant and towels are provided for cleaning equipment and props AFTER your workout
Please arrive a few minutes before class and wait for the prior class to finish before entering. Please silence (vibrate) cell phones. Please Abstain from wearing fragrances due to environmental sensitivities.
